Inventions of nowadays

Juan de la Cierva (from Murcia, Spain ) was a Spanish aeronautical engineer who invented the  helicopter/autogiro,  with a freely rotating rotor.

 

 Isaac Peral   was a spanish engineer  who invented and built the first electric battery-powered submarine, to travel inside the ocean for the Spanish Navy. It was the first  submarine with the first electric battery-power.

And these inventions are related to volume, mass and velocity you know!! 

Karl Benz, from Germany,  invented the car.
